Pivot BI Analytics LLC works diligently to provide services that are reliable, secure, and trustworthy. When you choose to use Pivot BI Analytics’ services (“Services”), you agree not to misuse them or assist anyone else in doing so. If we determine that a violation of this policy is deliberate, repeated, or presents a credible risk of harm to other users, our clients, employees, the Services, or any third parties, we may suspend your access, remediate the violation, or terminate your account at Pivot BI Analytics’ sole discretion.
Prohibited Activities
The following actions constitute violations of this Acceptable Use Policy:
Identity and Authorization Violations:
- Provide false or misleading information about yourself to Pivot BI Analytics, impersonate any other person, or otherwise attempt to mislead others about your identity or the origin of any content, message, or other communication;
- Register, subscribe, attempt to register, attempt to subscribe, unsubscribe, or attempt to unsubscribe any party for any services without express authorization from such party;
- Share your account credentials or passwords with unauthorized individuals;
Content and Data Misuse:
- Upload or share content or data for which you lack proper legal rights or authorization;
- Publish or share materials that are pornographic, profane, indecent, or that contain extreme acts of violence, terrorist activity (including terror propaganda), or are otherwise illegal;
- Advocate bigotry, hatred, or discrimination against any person or group of people;
Unauthorized Data Collection and System Access:
- Collect information about other users or visitors to Pivot BI Analytics’ platforms without their explicit consent, or systematically extract data or data fields, including without limitation financial data or email addresses;
- Probe, scan, test vulnerabilities, or breach authentication measures of our website, platforms, or any related web pages, networks, or systems;
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, deep link, or other automated or manual means to access our platforms or copy and redistribute any content, information, or software;
Technical Interference:
- Manipulate or display Pivot BI Analytics’ platforms through framing, creating deep-links that bypass our homepage, mirroring, or similar navigational technology, or directly link to any portion other than the main homepage;
- Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software programs used by Pivot BI Analytics in connection with our services;
- Input or upload to our platforms any information containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other malicious programming routines intended to damage, interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any system, platform, or information, or that infringes intellectual property rights;
Service Disruption:
- Use or access Pivot BI Analytics’ platforms in any manner that, in our sole judgment, adversely affects performance or functionality, or interferes with authorized parties’ ability to access our services, including any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or interfere with Pivot BI Analytics personnel, representatives, agents, or service providers.
Enforcement
Pivot BI Analytics LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to reporting suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement agencies and cooperating with such agencies in investigating and prosecuting violations.
